“We came upon Kelly by happy accident. The listing agent we contacted on a property was unable to show and sent Kelly instead. What a lucky day for us! Even though we did not select the property, Kelly continued to show us properties for the next several months. We eventually chose, and proceeded to make an offer on a home. The negotiations were arduous and lengthly and most realtors would have probably given up. Not Kelly! She fought for us, jumped through hoops, and bent over backwards. The escrow was equally challenging yet Kelly worked tirelessly to make sure the process was smooth, kept us informed all along the way and continued to be our advocate.
